Ghana Trip Part Picture Post Part 1

We have been so blessed being in Ghana- numerous opportunities to share, to reach out, to encourage and to teach. Our first Sunday here, Brittney taught the Bible class for the ladies. 

Hannah read the Bible in her Sunday School class.

And Jeremiah taught the Men's Sunday School class, preached , and shared a video report of our ministry in Cameroon  in the Evening. It was great to be able to share and encourage so many times and ways.

Another way in which we were able to share and to serve was with the  Christian  School Staff Annual Party. We were able to help organize the activities for the evening, and all had a great time.

"Musical Gift" Whoever was caught with the gift when the music stopped was out. The last person got to open it.  It was wild and wonderful fun. 

We were blessed to enjoy BCA's Christmas Program. In the past we have organized these,, but this year it was organized entirely by the students. 

An interesting take on the Wise Men. Quite funny. 

Hannah received a Bible from Aunt Jessica as part of her reward for finishing 2nd grade (PACE's 1013-1024). We are so proud of our little 5 year old princess. She is a precious gift from God.
More pictures soon... things have been blessedly busy, and we have really been grateful for our time here so far. In four days we head back to Cameroon. The time has been precious beyond description. Next blog post- Family Camp, A Wedding, The New Year, and Youth Mini-Camp.

It has been almost a year and a half since we left Ghana to embark on this quest to share the gospel in Cameroon. What a time it's been! We are so grateful to God for all He's done. We've put together this video to share with you all. We hope you all enjoy it and are encouraged. God bless! 

Hannah's Interview at Age 5

This post is an interview with Hannah. Enjoy! :)

1. Why are you living in Cameroon?
I am a missionary in Cameroon. I love people, help people, and tell them about God's Word.

2. What are some of your favorite things so far about living in Cameroon?
I like Bible Club, our family walks, my new friends and everything.

3. What are the people like in Cameroon? 
Most are very friendly, except the police who try to stop us and get money from us. We should tell them about Jesus.

4. What have you learned from your friends in Cameroon?
A little bit of French and Pidgin. 

5. How do you say "How are you?" in French and Pidgin?
"Comment ca va?" and "How fa skin?."

6. What is the weather like in Buea, Cameroon?
Rainy, verrry rainy.

7. What is your favorite Cameroonian food? What are some of your favorite fruits in Cameroon?
Fufu and okra stew. Tomatoes, watermelon, mango. I eat every food that God made.

8. What is funny about being in Cameroon?
The children take their baths outside with a bucket. The men pee everywhere except for daddy. People shout at me "white man" and say to our dog "white man dog." They also say, "I want to chop your dog." Daddy says, "The dog also wants to chop you."

9. What are your neighbors like?
They are very friendly and when we first got here they gave us a pot of food. 

10. What should Daddy preach about in Cameroon?
Jesus, God and everything in the Bible.
